Who is responsible
The platform uses the Stellart.io brand. The legal operator’s name, address, establishment and applicable jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed for publication. Information used by the service
Depending on the features you use, the service handles account and contact details, profile preferences, listings and photos, space locations, availability and bookings, messages, payment receipts and host payout details. Technical requests and error diagnostics can contain device, network and usage information. Do not upload unrelated personal or financial information.
Purposes and legal grounds
Account access, space discovery, booking coordination, messages and payment administration use information needed to provide the requested service. Security and diagnostics support operation and abuse prevention. Optional Vercel website analytics requires the browser choice described here; newsletter preferences are separate. The operator must confirm the applicable contractual, statutory or legitimate-interest grounds, necessity assessments and retention rules for each non-consent purpose before publication. Who may receive information
Other participants receive information needed for the relevant listing, booking or conversation. Public listings expose the information intended for discovery; exact-address access follows the existing role and booking rules. Supabase supports database, authentication, file storage and realtime features; Vercel hosts the application and optional analytics; Resend supports email; Sentry supports diagnostics; Mapbox supports maps. Actual provider roles, sub-processors, configurations and data categories must be reviewed before publication. The analytics switch does not control every provider.
How long information is kept
The browser’s analytics choice lasts 180 days from an explicit save; reading it or changing language does not extend that period. This is not the retention period for account or booking data. A complete retention schedule is not yet approved. The current account-closure flow partially pseudonymizes a profile and attempts avatar cleanup, but retains some information, including email and other records. It is not complete erasure and does not promise cancellation of bookings or deletion of every copy.
Processing locations and transfers
The operator must confirm the deployed hosting regions, provider agreements, relevant international transfers and safeguards. This draft makes no promise that all processing stays in a particular country or region. Provider documentation alone is not evidence of the configuration used for this deployment.
Choices and rights
Where applicable, you may request access or a copy, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. The circumstances and legal grounds determine which rights apply. You can withdraw optional website analytics permission at any time through Privacy settings, without changing account or newsletter settings. Withdrawal does not undo previous lawful processing. Contact actions below open your email app or copy an address; they do not submit a request to an automated system.
Questions and complaints
You can contact support without signing in. Where applicable, you may complain to the competent data protection authority. The operator’s establishment and target markets must be confirmed before naming the appropriate authority and its contact details. Do not send identity documents or bank details in an initial request; support may explain any proportionate verification needed.
