Last updated: February 2026
1. Overview
These Host Terms & Responsibilities ("Host Terms") govern your use of CreativeSpace as a host. By accepting these terms, you agree to list and manage your creative spaces in accordance with the standards outlined below, in addition to our platform terms and policies.
2. Host Eligibility
To become a host on CreativeSpace, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to list the space, and provide accurate contact information including a valid phone number.
3. Space Listings
As a host, you are responsible for ensuring that your space listings are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. This includes descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, amenities, and any rules or restrictions that apply to the space.
4. Safety & Compliance
You must ensure that your spaces comply with all applicable local laws, building codes, fire safety regulations, and insurance requirements. Hosts are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all guests.
5. Booking & Cancellation
Hosts must honor confirmed bookings. Cancellations by hosts may result in penalties including reduced visibility in search results. Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through the platform.
6. Communication
Hosts should respond to booking requests and messages from creators in a timely manner. All communication regarding bookings should take place through the CreativeSpace platform.
7. Fees & Payments
CreativeSpace charges a service fee on each completed booking. Payment details, fee structures, and payout schedules are outlined in your host dashboard. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By listing on CreativeSpace, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content for the purpose of promoting your spaces on the platform.
9. Termination
CreativeSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate host accounts that violate these terms, receive repeated negative reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may deactivate your host status at any time from your account settings.
10. Liability
Hosts are independently responsible for their spaces and interactions with guests. CreativeSpace acts as a platform facilitator and is not liable for damages, injuries, or disputes arising from the use of hosted spaces.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Host Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform as a host after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify hosts of material changes via email.
